Book Talk: The Hyphenated Life: Bridging the In-Between Spaces of Intersectional Identities by Dr. Han Ren
Thursday, Jul 9: 5:30-7 pm PDT
What does it mean to live a hyphenated life? So many of us exist in a constant state of flux, toggling across the multiple layers of who we are and the diverse spaces we occupy. Perhaps we’re an immigrant or child of immigrants, a person of color, disabled, neurodivergent, queer, or all of the above. Regardless of our identities, we exist in in-between spaces while also trying to fit into the dominant culture. With a foot in multiple worlds, belonging fully to none, it can be hard to just fit in, let alone find belonging. She will be in conversation with Dr. Helen Hsu, author of Healing Trauma Workbook for Asian Americans.

Meet the Maker: Prima Materia 2026 release
Sunday, Jul 12: 2-4 pm PDT
Limited production isn’t a marketing slogan. It’s a literal math problem. When vineyards are measured in single acres, production is restricted to micro-batches of just a few barrels per vintage. Once these cases leave the cellar and enter private collections, the vault doors close permanently on the vintage.
